More than $20 million of residential and commercial property will go to auction at Robina Town Centre cinemas tonight.
It is the second time Ray White Robina/ Varsity Lakes will stage its annual investors' auction, this year choosing to hold the event in a 400-seat cinema which agency boss Scott Burgess believes still won't be big enough to accommodate the expected turnout.

Ray White Commercial Robina has enjoyed a record run of sales and leasings on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region of New South Wales since the start of the year.
Ray White Robina/Varsity Group Principal Scott Burgess said his team had generated almost $16 million worth of sales and completed 14 leasings in the first two months of 2010.
The sales highlight was the $4.1 million achieved for a 9,790 sqm vacant development site with approval for a large scale shopping centre on Manchester Road at Carrara.
