Starting from the beginning of the process, a seller must supply a vendor’s statement (section 32) to buyers prior to auction day. This will include information about the title including any mortgages or covenants as well as detail easements, zonings and outgoings such as rates.  It will not contain any information about the condition of the property. Ipswich Property Goes to Auction

ONE of Ipswich’s most-haunted buildings will go under the hammer when The Old Flour Mill is auctioned this month. The historic Brisbane Street complex features 15 tenancies and 1088sq m of floor space to let over four levels. It was this year named one of the region’s most-haunted locations in a book by historian Jack Sim. Auction Property South Brisbane Success

Around $5 million worth of property was sold at Ray White South Brisbane and Ray White CBD Residential’s Indoor/Outdoor Auction at the Kangaroo Point cliffs last weekend. Ray White South Brisbane principal Dean Yesberg said out of 14 properties, three sold before the event and another five sold on the day. The auction was held under a marquee at the Kangaroo Point Park Amphitheatre and was the first ‘indoor/outdoor’ auction in Queensland. Melbourne Auction Property Hot Spots

THIRTEEN Melbourne suburbs have emerged as 2010 auction hot spots. The suburbs, which include Bentleigh, Newport and Essendon, have recorded a 100 per cent auction success rate, according to the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
