Victoria Property Awards

The Victorian/Tasmanian Annual Awards Ball were held at Crown Palladium on Saturday (13th March), with over 950 people attending on the night. It was a wonderful evening and thanks to everyone for joining us and celebrating another sensational year of achievements. Congratulations to everyone who was nominated and especially to those who won on the night.

The major award winners on the night included Ray White Manningham, which claimed the Business Achievement Award and the Sales Creator of the Year Award for Anthony Casamento.

Ray White Wodonga was named Top Regional office and Ray White Albury’s Virginia Callesen Top Regional Performer.

Ray White Glen Waverley was the Top Office for Settled Commissions just ahead of Ray White Oakleigh and Ray White Epping, while Oakleigh’s Lee Botsios was the Top Performer for Settled Commissions.

Ray White Ferntree Gully, Principal Matt Sims won the prestigious Myf Porter Award.

Ferntree Gully broker Jamil Allouche cleaned up the Loan Market awards for both volume and sales.

Marcus Williams, Victoria General Manager and host on the night, said that he had been stunned at some of the results that were achieved in the last twelve months. All previous records have been smashed, even with the threat of the Global Financial Crisis.

Marcus also stated that in 2010 The Ray White Group will focus on integrating all the services that make up our network; sales, property management, loan market, commercial, concierge, insurance and investment. These services form part of our Customer Value Proposition that each and every consumer who walks through our door is offered. This will improve our brand and importantly, our business. Long term our goal remains to achieve a market share of 20% in every market we operate in, and ultimately overall market dominance. He thanked everyone for their hard work in the past twelve months and looked forward to an even more successful 2010.
