New buzz as Ray White Beenleigh opens its doors.

Ray White Beenleigh has reopened with new ownership, a new telephone number and a new buzz in the air.

In the acquisition of Ray White Beenleigh, Sue Sproates the new Principal who currently owns Solutions4u Realty in adjacent suburb Eagleby, along with her business partner Michele Mewies, are looking to deliver the same “good old fashion service to the community” that has been the backbone to their success when her business becomes Ray White Beenleigh. They have developed a reputation in the Beenleigh and surrounding marketplace during the last two years for genuine service in residential sales and property management.

“We want to be known at Ray White Beenleigh for our exceptional listening ability –we believe that it’s vital to be closely attuned to what buyers and sellers want.”

Of the decision to become a part of Ray White’s 1000 strong office network around Australasia and to be counted among its 11,000 members, Ms Sproates says, “tapping into Ray White’s vast resources and training will assist our current and future clients to achieve their goals.”

“We are excited and looking forward to growing and learning. We are particularly eager to put our stamp on Ray White Beenleigh as the premier agency in the area.”

“Beenleigh is an exciting marketplace with great potential,” says Ms Sproates.

With over 20 years experience in real estate and particular specialisation in property management, Ms Sproates is on hand to offer her wealth of experience to investors in and around the Beenleigh area. Ms Sproates is passionate about property, with her father and brother also having worked in the industry for many years. Property management staff at Ray White Beenleigh also take to their role insight from a customer perspective, with the advantage of personal experience of being property investors.

“Our priority is to look after a home or commercial property as an asset – to assist it to grow in value,” Ms Sproates says. For this reason there is a full time trade person on board, who ensures that anything in need of repair, happens without delay.

A careers information night will soon be announced as part of plans to expand the sales department. For customers, a choice of sale’s methods is on offer with the idea of tailoring a campaign to suit individual preferences. “At the same time we talk through current marketplace conditions, conduct a comparative analysis on similar properties sold, to help weigh up with our clients, what approach will position a particular property in the best light.”

Ms Sproates says the team at Beenleigh are excited to be using the Ray White Systems which will take customer service delivery to even greater heights.

Ray White Beenleigh is fully operational and will officially mark its new directions with a celebration on the 1st March 2010 from 5pm.
