Top Agent Joins Ray White Brisbane CBD

Award-winning real estate agent Jasmina Petrovic has joined the Ray White Brisbane CBD Residential team following its merger with boutique agency TriCity Realty.

With six years experience in the industry, Petrovic has become one of Brisbane’s leading agents breaking record sales and achieving top industry awards.

The 25-year-old has a raft of accolades under her belt, including Most Outstanding Agent of the Year 2008, Highest Number of Sales 2008, Highest Volume of Sales 2008 and Award of Excellence for Record Sales 2009 during her time with TriCity.

She achieved her best results last year, achieving more than $20 million in apartment sales.

Petrovic joined the industry as a 19-year-old at LJ Hooker at Goodna after completing a marketing and advertising TAFE course.

“When I first started there weren’t too many young agents out there and because I was so young it was challenging to get people to listen to me,” she says.

“It was tough but I stuck with it. That challenge kept me motivated, it pushed me to succeed.”

Petrovic moved to Wickham Terrace-based TriCity in 2007 before joining Ray White CBD Residential as part of the merger.

Ray White CBD Residential acquired TriCity Realty late last year, with the agency moving its operations from Wickham Terrace into the Ray White office on Edward Street.

The merged businesses have a 50 percent market share and are the leading real estate business in Brisbane’s city centre with a property database of over 30,000 clients.
